Autumn

The seasons are changing (at least in the northern hemisphere). Have you noticed? I don’t mean noticed as in you’ve contemplated turning the heating on, put the winter duvet on the bed, or pulled out a heavier coat to wear on your way to work. I mean – have you stood outside, noticed the changing leaves, the different quality of light as the earth prepares itself for a period of rest? Have you breathed in the crisp fall air and let the autumn wind rush over you?

It can be so easy to lose connection with nature, with the seasons, as our days roll forward like clockwork. Step outside today and take a few minutes to ground yourself in our broader world, and let its rhythm guide you.
