You’re running at full speed.
When did you last pause to see what else might be possible?
As a senior leader, you’re already capable—your track record proves it. And yet, navigating complexity without clear answers is taking its toll.
Something’s telling you there’s still room to grow. Maybe it’s the sense that your previous approaches aren’t quite fitting new challenges. Or that you’re getting stuck in ways that surprise you.
The demands keep growing, but the space to think—to really step back on the balcony and see the bigger picture—keeps shrinking.
Book a callWhat if the breakthrough isn’t about doing more, but instead accessing more of who you already are?
The leaders I work with often come with topics like how to transition into a new leadership role, how to fully take their place on an executive team, or how to lead large-scale change. They know that there’s work to be done, but they’re not sure where to start.
Here’s what they discover: the issue is rarely the issue. What looks like a challenge with delegation turns into discomfort with difficult conversations. What seems like needing to ‘find your voice’ reveals deeper beliefs about whether you belong in first place. Whether you have the skills to lead change becomes a question of how much you trust your inherent self-worth.
This is why we don’t rush to solutions. Leading in complexity means staying with the questions longer—allowing new insights to emerge before moving to answers.

The space to step back, reflect, and discover
In our work together, you get something rare: spaciousness. Time to step back from the constant urgency, reflect, and uncover new possibilities for action.
You might come feeling uncertain about what you need. Perfect. If you knew exactly what you needed, you wouldn’t need a coach. That uncertainty is our starting point, not a problem to solve.
Book a callTwo ways we can work together
With a specific goal
You’ll bring a shift you want to make in your leadership for us to explore together: deepening your presence, fully taking your place on an executive team, navigating conflict. We work on that goal over time through uncovering your limiting assumptions and practicing new ways of being.
With whatever you’re facing
You’ll bring whatever’s most alive for you in each session. One month it’s a difficult team member, the next it’s integrating two departments. We go deeper than tactical solutions to understand what’s making this so challenging for you.
The real transformation: Quiet confidence
Ultimately, the leaders I work with develop what I call “quiet confidence”—the ability to stay grounded and centered even when everything around them is uncertain at best and chaotic at worst.
Like palm trees in a storm, they learn to bend without breaking. They become more anchored, more grounded, more able to access their own inner wisdom when facing complexity.
Recent client outcomes
- A senior executive stepping into a global role learned to flex her leadership style while staying true to herself—finding her voice on the executive team without becoming someone she’s not.
- Finding your feet again, feeling more comfortable in the uncertainty of the transition.
- A more clear mind, less second-guessing, rumination, and self-doubt.
But don’t just take my word for it…
“I came to coaching thinking I needed to learn how to fully step into my role on the executive team, but Kate helped me understand myself on a much deeper level, making it safe to examine the deeper patterns holding me back. She has an incredible diversity of approaches but keeps it personal, bringing exactly what’s needed for my situation. She helped reorder the jumble in my mind so I can recognize my own patterns and make different choices. I’ve become significantly more confident as a leader, learned to adapt while still being myself, and the insights and tools I’ve gained have transformed how I show up in all areas of my life.”

Co-created, not prescribed
This isn’t about performance improvement or learning new skills (though that might happen). This is about deeper personal growth that expands your capacity to hold complexity and lead change.
Unlike coaches with a standard method, I’m trained in a wide variety of approaches. But I keep them in the background unless they’re genuinely useful for your situation.
This means we don’t follow a rigid process. Instead, we co-create our work together based on what’s emerging for you.
Sometimes we work with specific from-to shifts that address limiting beliefs, sometimes with energetic patterns and somatic awareness, sometimes with values and assumptions, and sometimes directly with different “parts” of you.
Usually a combination that feels personal rather than prescribed.

Getting started
If you’re sensing there’s more potential waiting to be accessed, if you’re curious about what this kind of coaching might unlock—let’s talk.
No two leadership journeys are the same. That’s why we start with a free 45-minute conversation about your specific situation – what you’re facing, what you’ve tried, what’s working, what’s not, and whether I might be able to support you.
I look forward to hearing all about it.
